Individual headshots and executive portraits in Freehold

Not every headshot needs a crew at your office. For a single executive, a new partner, a small group or a new hire who needs to match the company set, our studio in Monmouth County is a private, unhurried option with the same lighting, coaching and professional retouching as an on-site session.

The studio's brick wall is our signature backdrop for warmer, more distinctive portraits, and classic seamless and painted backdrops are available too.

Larger teams, offices and corporate projects are still photographed on location, anywhere in New Jersey.

Executive portraits

Portraits with more room and more intent

An executive portrait does a different job than a headshot. It runs with a press release, opens an annual report or leads the leadership page. These sessions are slower and more deliberate. In your building we pick two or three settings; in our studio we work on painted canvas or seamless backdrops. Then we direct posture, angle and expression until the portrait fits the person.

Rob Wilson started as a portrait photographer in 1993. That work grew into corporate headshots, on-site team days for whole companies, executive portraits, event coverage and video. Today the work happens in our Freehold studio and on location across New Jersey, and Five Star SEO pairs that production experience with the marketing side, so photos and video are made for where they will actually be used.

A short call about what you need, where it will be used and who is involved. For video we outline the questions or script and the shot list.

We book a studio time, or a date at your office built around your meetings and departments, so nobody loses an afternoon.

Shoot

In the studio or on location, we coach each person in front of the camera. At your office we arrive early and set up in a room of about 10 by 12 feet.

Deliver

Selected photos are professionally retouched and video is edited to the lengths you need. We confirm delivery timing when we plan the day.

Corporate photography and video FAQ

Do you photograph in a studio or at our office?

Both. Individual headshots and executive portraits are often easiest at our studio in Freehold, NJ. Larger teams, offices and corporate projects are usually photographed on location, anywhere in New Jersey; for that we need a room of about 10 by 12 feet and an outlet, and for video a quiet room we can light.

How much does corporate photography or video cost?

Every project is quoted individually, because the price depends on the number of people, the locations, the hours on site and how much editing the video needs. Tell us what you have in mind and we will send a clear quote.

Can you handle photos and video on the same day?

Yes, and it is usually the most efficient way to work. Headshots, workplace candids and an interview video can all come out of one visit.

How do you keep headshots consistent across a large team?

Everyone in the session is photographed on the same backdrop with the same lighting and framing. We keep the setup details, so new hires can be photographed to match later.

Our leaders are not comfortable on camera. Can you help?

That describes most people. We keep takes short, ask questions instead of handing over a script when we can, and coach delivery so people sound like themselves.

What kinds of videos do you produce?

Company introductions, executive interviews and messages, client testimonials, recruitment videos, promotional videos and event recaps, edited for websites, LinkedIn, social media and paid ads.

Can you work around building security and busy schedules?

Yes. Tell us about visitor, vendor or loading dock requirements in advance and we will work through them with you. The setup stays in place during the session, so anyone pulled into a meeting can come back later.

Do you offer drone photography and video?

Yes. Rob holds an FAA drone certificate, and aerial work is planned around airspace rules and weather.
