Right Person – Right Message – Right Time

The perfect storm is when your marketing campaign is delivered to the right person, with the right message, at the right time. Ultimately that’s the goal, one without the others will usually not end up with a reason for potential clients to react.. Once you learn how to target specific people with the right message it’ll be just a matter of time where it’s also the right time. The easiest way to make sure you hit them with your message at the right time is for you to  have an ongoing campaign to a particular group of people with a specific message towards that group. This is why it’s helpful to build a buyers persona for all the different types of clients that your have or want.

Example

Let’s say you are an orthopedics and you decide to target runners in their 40s who runs marathons. You want to target this group because you have found they are a group that visits your office often and you would like more of these types of patients.  There are ways to target to this specific group on social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram. . Let’s take a common injury like “runners knee” or any other knee problem. You can have an ad or ads targeted to this specific group. You will not get a call  until one of these runners have some type of knee problem, and a solid message will increase these chances.  This is why it’s important to have continuous ads for this running on Facebook or Instagram. This way when these runner’s knee start hurting there is an opportunity for them to click your call to action button. If you reach a runner with your perfect message, but their knee doesn’t hurt, then all you can hope for is a referral.

Give your ad a chance. Come up with a budge at about $3.00 per day and let it run everyday for a month. Make adjustments as you feel needed. If you are getting clicks to your landing page but you aren’t getting emails or calls figure out why. Maybe your call to action isn’t clear.
